MEET BETSY
I believe the most important work is the work of becoming.
I'm a coach, consultant, visual artist, and writer. For over two decades I've worked alongside leaders, organizations, and communities who are in the middle of something: building something new, navigating something hard, or trying to figure out who they want to be next. I help them think more clearly, move more boldly, and lead from a place that actually feels like themselves.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy and the body. I bring a somatic lens to leadership, which means I pay attention not just to what you're thinking, but to what your internal guidance already knows. I've found that the most important shifts happen when those two things are finally in conversation.
I'm a visual artist by training and a fundraiser by trade, which means I understand both the language of creativity and the language of money, and how rarely they get to talk to each other. Over the years I've helped raise more than $50 million for organizations working at the edges of justice, art, design, and community. What I care about more than the number is the humans behind it: what they're building, why it matters, and whether they feel alive doing it.
Table Forte is based in Minneapolis and highly portable. I work with clients across the country and internationally. I'm currently deepening my practice in somatic and embodied leadership, and exploring new creative work, including a growing inquiry into grief, ancestral memory, and what it means to make something that belongs only to you.
